An effective candidate must be a true entertainment industry expert with proven experience and ability in: identifying and bringing together emerging and established talent via relationships and creative deal structuring, balancing the needs of talent with the needs of the organization, supporting decisions with data and research, driving new ideas and concepts forward, and contributing to the build out and day-to-day management of the talent team and talent relations of Brat.


  • Direct the day-to-day casting/talent booking for all Brat scripted programming and formats.

  • Implement talent development strategies and long-term plans for talent in scripted programming and brand partnerships.

  • Lead talent booking efforts, including but not limited to identifying, negotiating, booking and contracting talent.

  • Manage the talent team and day-to-day talent relations for all of Brat.

  • Direct and manage all creative and pre-production prep as it pertains to talent participation in Brat’s programming.

  • Proactively communicate with all departments within Brat  to remain informed regarding talent needs in all programming.

  • Support production and sales teams in the pricing, packaging and execution of talent-based content programs.

  • Maintain strong knowledge of Brat brand as it relates to Pop-Culture, Social, Movies, TV, Music, Digital, etc 

  • Attend industry functions (agency functions, comedy, premieres, and screenings) to further develop entertainment contacts and educate the industry about Brat 

  • Understand and anticipate industry trends in talent and creator landscape. Provide Brat and the talent team with strategic insights into these trends, highlight potential issues and offer solutions.


  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience 

  • Minimum five (5) years experience working with talent in casting, talent booking or talent relations in the scripted space 

  • Strong relationships with talent and representation including Agents, Managers and Publicists 

  • Experience managing day to day talent relations and casting needs from pilot to series launch 

  • Experience monitoring and understanding talent relevant to the kids and Gen-Z space 

  • Knowledge and passion for Gen-Z entertainment, pop-culture, trends, movies, music, TV, social media etc 

  • Must have strong written and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of executives, creatives, and other partners 

  • Must be able to work under strict time constraints and meet deadlines 

  • Must be detailed-oriented, organized and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 

  • Must be able to handle confidential information and have an overall understanding of how talent is represented 

  • Supervisory abilities across multiple projects, team members, and initiatives 

  • Strong leadership skills
