JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead talent booking effort for branded content, scripted series, and marketing needs, including but not limited to identifying, negotiating, booking and contracting talent. 

  • Coordinate all talent logistics for specific Brat series, branded campaigns, or marketing projects.

  • Maintain internal trackers and other administrative and operational processes.

  • Create and maintain a database of talent paperwork - i.e. work permits, CHSPE, etc.

  • Track and process payments, work permits, visas, book travel (air, hotel, ground), and create talent schedules.

  • Oversee, compile, and manage talent department research.

  • Identify and research potential new marquee talent.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of talent management, agency, PR, digital, or production/casting experience.

  • Must have experience working with minors and comfortable making judgement calls concerning safety and production needs.

  • Experience and understanding of digital creator landscape strongly preferred.

  • Strong passion for YouTube and digital content.

  • Proven ability to develop and effectively manage strong working relationships with young, emerging talent and their guardians/managers.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (both written and verbal) skills.

  • Must be proactive, resourceful and efficient.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

  • Must be able to handle confidential information.

  • Experience working with television producers is a plus.
