How did you get into acting?
I’ve alway wanted to act ever since I was very little but there were no opportunities where I’m from in Maryland. So, when I got older and realized it was probably never going to happen I kinda gave up on that dream. However, once I gained a following on social media and grew connections with people I started coming to LA for social media events etc. and I started to think maybe I could finally follow my dreams and become an actress after all. I asked my social media managers if they knew any good acting coaches from LA who I could do facetime classes with. They said they knew someone so they gave me her email. I started doing classes with her twice a week for four hours for about a year! I came down to LA for a social media event and met up with my acting coach in person to do a self tape. I was so eager to start auditioning for things and she thought I was ready so she told me she knew a great acting manager I should have a meeting with. The manager thought I had potential and brought me on as a client. He had me come to LA for three months for pilot season and I’ve gained so much experience from auditioning to getting my first lead in a horror film! Long story short that’s how I got into acting!
